Blackpool Firemen And Women Go To London
From: ArticlesI found this article one of many I hope to include on the site eye opening , it tells how firemen and women swopped with their counterparts in heavily bombed areas of Britain, it isn’t really something I had thought about thinking our firefighters were relatively safe here in a region not being heavily bombed , but they actually went to work in these areas giving other firefighters a well deserved rest and unfortunately as I have found out some didn’t make it back.
