Hats Off To Fire Crew From Westholme School

Part of the work a firefighter does, is to pass on to the public what to do if they are involved in a fire. Part of this means visiting schools and showing the kids what to do, Years 2 and 6 have been identified as the best times to see the kids , which means they should have met with the firefighters twice in their school life. I remember when this photo was taken , in fact I was one of those in the background 2 of us were standbys to have our photo taken as well but it never happened, phew just avoided cream cakes. This was at Westholme School year 2 a lovely bunch of kids .
