Boxing For Charity 2013

Two of our own, Caroline Sturgess and Gary Thorpe carried the flag for Blackburn by taking part in this charity event between services.11th of may 2013 at the liquid and envy nightclub in Blackburn in aid of the twins appeal between the fire ,police and prison services. As far as I am aware in Lancashire this has only happened twice, Caroline being involved in both and coming out on top both times and Gary once unfortunately coming a close second in his match. here both of ours are in the red quite fitting really for the fire. I believe in total £12,000 was raised by the event.
