Firemen Escape Serious Injury

As I have explained before due to the major conflict Britain was engaged in at the time serious reporting of incidents with photos were very rare . Many incidents which would have been front page news were often relegated to the middle or back pages with names not always given due to restrictions , so this story involves a fire crew from Blackburn fighting a building fire and narrowly avoiding serious injury from a falling wall.
